Applications
This butterfly valve is a sanitary butterfly valve use in stainless steel pipe systems.

Operating Principle
This butterfly valve is controlled by an actuator
The actuator has three standard types, namely normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air activated (A/A).
The actuator transforms the axial movement of a piston into a 90° rotation of a valve shaft. The torque of the actuator is increased when the valve disc in the valve body contacts the gasket of the butterfly valve, the valve is closed then.
